Rob was an original member of Hyde Park going back to 1976.  Hyde Park has been one of Dover’s most popular bands for many years with a large local following.  Hyde Park produced a CD of original material.  The recording sessions started in Boston in 1986 with Rob playing bass and some guitar with Carl doing most of the guitar work on the first three songs recorded.  The band continued recording later with Rob playing guitar on the balance of the recordings.  The CD, Rats, Cats, & Dogs was released in 1992 and garnered airplay on many area rock stations.  After Hyde Park, Rob played with Black Bottom, the Waterbillies, East Roc, and Kathie Martin & the Hot Rods.  Rob also toured with Chubby Checker and the Wildcats as Chubby’s guitarist.
